Honey Peanut Butter Milk Balls

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
2-2½ cups non-fat powdered dry milk, sifted to remove any lumps
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup roasted almond (optional)

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water..
2. Stir peanut butter and honey together in a large bowl by hand. Gradually add honey. Then add powdered dry milk.
2 Roll into balls slightly smaller than a walnut. If the mixture is too sticky to roll, add a little more powdered milk.
3. Place on a plate in a single layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container if you’re going to store these for more than a day.

*step 3 is optional. My son eats them as soon as I’m done making them

Heavenly Wings

1 tsp garlic powder
2 TBS baking powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
3/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste. More salt if needed

Sauce
1/3 C. Frank’s Redhot sauce
1 TBSP water
1 1/4C. Honey ( I don’t like mine too sweet, so I only use 1 cup of honey instead).

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Toss chicken wings in a little coconut oil and toss in dry mix. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
While chicken is cooking make the sauce. In a sauce pan over the stove combine Frank’s Redhot Sauce, water & honey. Heat up.
TOSS chicken & sauce together.

Pink Dragon Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
Doles dream with dragon fruit mix
Half a banana
Qia cinnamon pumpkin Seed oatmeal
2 TBS peanut butter
2 TBS Honey
1/2 cup goat milk yogurt
1 cup milk

Mix all in blender and serve chilled.
